As part of the Photo London exhibitor package, each participating gallery has an allocation of VIP Passes to allow your clients to visit the Fair. Each VIP Pass provides complimentary access for 2 people, including priority entry on the Preview Day (Wednesday 14 May) and unlimited re-entry throughout the week (15-18 May). Your guests will also benefit from access to our VIP Programme – an exclusive series of events taking place throughout the week of Photo London.
1. Please share the below unique gallery link with all your nominated VIPs. This link will guide your VIPs to simply confirm their contact details.

2. It is important to note that the unique link above can only be used a limited number of times, and after your VIPs have signed up, the link cannot be used anymore. Please ensure your nominated VIPs do not forward the link without your consent. You can check your VIP Pass allocation allowance by scrolling to section 4 on this page.
Please be aware that Photo London cannot communicate with your VIPs about their Digital VIP Invitation and other VIP benefits until we have confirmed their details through the above link. Once your VIPs have confirmed their details, the Photo London VIP Team will be in touch to send their Digital VIP Pass and information on our VIP Programme of events. Your VIPs will be reminded in all communications that they have been invited to the Fair as a guest of your gallery.
Kindly note, the VIP registration process is not automatic but our VIP Team will closely monitor new registrations on a regular basis.
